Israeli ISA License

Anglo Capital Limited holds an Investment Marketers License, issued by the Israel Securities Authority. This replaces the Investment Advisors License that it held since May 2002. As such, Anglo Capital Limited engages in investment marketing, as defined by the “Investment Counseling, Investment Marketing and Portfolio Management Law (2005)”.

Anglo Capital Limited currently holds terms of business agreements, and utilises the product offering of the institutional bodies detailed below. These agreements provide, inter alia, for Anglo Capital Limited to receive referral commissions in respect of investment business referred to them by Anglo Capital Limited. In terms of the provisions of the “Investment Counseling, Investment Marketing and Portfolio Management Law (2005)”, such receipt of referral commissions constitutes a "connection" with the performance of a transaction, and thus requires Anglo Capital Limited to hold a valid Investment Marketers license, in order to comply with the provisions of the law.

When structuring clients financial affairs, Anglo Capital Limited will, inter alia, relate to financial and investment product contained within the product offering of the financial institutions with which it holds terms of business agreements.
