Pioneer Global Funds and Anglo Capital Limited are happy to announce their entry into a joint venture arrangement.

 

The Pioneer International Group are an independent private wealth management group, who have over $1billion under management worldwide. Their Israeli operating company, Pioneer Global Funds (92) Ltd are Investment Marketers licensed by the Israel Securities Authority.

 

Anglo Capital have their offices in Ramat Bet Shemesh, Israel. They specialise in servicing their multi-national clients by assisting them in their international wealth structuring, international tax planning, and estate, trust & immigration structuring. Anglo Capital will continue to provide these financial planning & structuring services, and will refer investment related business to Pioneer Global Funds. In terms of the agreement reached, Pioneer Global Funds will be the corporate Investment Marketer license holder, and Philip Braude will register his personal Investment Marketer license under the Pioneer Global Funds corporate license, and will personally maintain the referred client relationships.

 

The joint venture arrangement with Pioneer Global Funds will give Anglo Capital the ability to provide its clients with a broader support system and stronger back-office services. It will also enable Anglo Capital to provide its clients access to a wider range of investment products, including offshore, European, American and Israeli investment platforms offered by leading financial institutions in those jurisdictions.

 

An exciting element of this joint venture arrangement is the establishment of Pioneer’s fourth branch office in Israel to be located in Ramat Beit Shemesh, within Anglo Capital’s office suite. This will complement Pioneer’s existing branches in Hertzliya, Jerusalem & Haifa. Darron Green, a Pioneer Global Funds Consultant will also be based in this new branch office.

 

Philip Braude explains the motivation behind this new joint venture: "Anglo Capital will continue to specialise in international wealth structuring services, estate planning, tax planning, and immigration financial planning. At the same time, we will now be able to broaden  the investment services offered to our clients by accessing the broad product range offered by Pioneer Global Funds.”
