Thinking back to our earliest meetings I remember how, when we first met after lengthy market research on my part looking for a suitable professional to advise us, I showed you the handwritten scribble of advice given to me by at least three representatives of the largest fund managers in the country. The scraps of paper were meant to serve as "their guided advice" as to how we should invest. Little wonder I was so dissatisfied.
